I love dragonflies, they have always fascinated me.
They are fantastic flyers, twisting,turning, changing direction, even going
backwards as the need arises.
Dragonflies wings are transparent and very thin and incredibly beautiful.
Autumn has been a great time to observe dragonflies. There have been a
lot of them in the air and sitting on different locations.
This summer butterflies were marginally. Summer was cold and rainy and it certainly affected the number of butterflies.
This year, the barnacle geese stopped in Parikkala region while migrating north. Approximately 70 000 geese were foraging in the fields simultaneously.
The polar night is coming and with it the photography remains less..........................
